The only reason this was not a 10 is that once the communication between VUHL and the borrower was a little confusing.
Underwriting seems to take way to long. But since we were in a desparate hurry, it may h a very been a dissapointing experience because of that.
They do the bare minimum to get tough threw this confusing process.
Didn't close until a full 20 days after our original and we're told repeated it would be done by this day, it never was an had to extend 4 times.

I realize working one closing after another results in a rush to the finish line. I'd recommend being particularly up front about closings with any non-standard aspects to them like mine. Being forewarned that things might go to the wire would help calm a nervous client.
