They were very helpful through the whole process. They made the home buying process great for us.
It was not made known to me that after locking my rate there was a possibility that my rate could change or I would have to pay to maintain that rate through the process. I was quick to produce the necessary information needed in the process but there always seemed to be one more thing that would be needed to facilitate the process. I paid a few hundred dollars to maintain my interest rate but I felt as though the delay that facilitated the charge was not on my side and was almost engineered to garner more money for veterans united. Laughable to some I guess due to the small charge incurred by myself but playing the averages veterans united will make millions with these small upcharges based on volume. Be up front make these possible charges known and stop, the trickle of needed info.
A smooth proccess
Very good experience thank you

Eric Almazan and other members of the VUHL team made this process go very well. Thank you.
All good....one minor glitch with the title company, but no harm.
Max, Karin and Austin have all been a tremendous help through our entire refinancing process. All the delays were a result of our property circumstances. Thank you very much, Have a great Holiday

It was pretty much the most painless experience ever. Everything just fell like dominos.
We will befiling a complaint as we have a 1.3 percent increase in loan interest due to stalling tactics used during our process.
There should be a list for different types of documents that veterans (such as those still working, those not working) because all material should be filled out in the beginning, not at the end near closing. SEVERAL times we were to fill this or that out near the end when everything had been explained. Example, we told out agent that we were renting. They had us signing documents to prove we were not buying this home to make money on. Once all that paperwork was given & I was a little upset & asked our agent why would they think we were going to make money off of this house when we are renting. After that it wasn't long the house finally closed. Our agent was great & had a lot of patience.
