For One, Dan Davis, never told me what exactly what I need, every week it was something different, I had to extend three time because, something different came up, and that's all I needed was exactly what I needed to get the loan processed sooner, DAN, JIM HIGH, ARRON, NEVER ANSWERED THERE PHONE, ELINA AT THE END DID CALL, INSTEAD OF THEM JUST EMAILING, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF HE OR ONE HIS STAFF MEMBERS CALLED ONCE A WEEK TO KEEP US UPDATED, THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO MY REAL ESTATE AGENT, THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE FOR, THE SELLER SAID, HE TRIED TO CALL SEVERAL OF TIMES, THEY DID NOT CALL HIM BACK EITHER, WE KNOW ITS WAS A BUSY TIME, BUT ITS NOT THAT BUSY TO WHERE, THEY COULD COMMUNICATE WITH US, IT WAS SAD, IT SEEMED LIKE THEY DID NOT CARE, THEY PUT ME THROUGH A LOT, IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE, HE TOLD ME MY MORTGAGE WOULD BE $670.00 AND ITS $784.00, BUT I DO APPRECIATE YOU GIVING ME THIS OPPORTUNITY TO GET MY CONDO AND I THINK YOU BUT I HAVE TO OTHER LENDER AND PEOPLE IN THE REAL ESTATE PROFESSION AND THEY SAID, THEY NEVER HEARD OR SEEN HOW THEY WERE TRYING TO GET THE LOAN PROCESSED, I HAVE MY EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE IF YOU NEED TO SEE, MY AGENT HAS HERS AND I AM SURE THE SELLER HAVE HIS, TO SHOW YOU BAD, THEY WAS, EVERYTHING THEY ASK FOR WE GOT AND THEN AND THEN HE'LL BRING SOMETHING ELSE UP, AFTER WE ASK IF THAT'S ALL ME NEED AND THAT NOT'S GOOD BUSINESS.
The whole team was always friendly and very helpful with every turn of paperwork.
Our officer never contacted us except to give bad news. They were rude and unhelpful. They cost us over 7,000$ in hotel fees after issuing a preapproval letter that they later took back.
Overall, only bad thing was closing terms changed too many times and closing late. We know some things can change. Great job though!!
