there was always a live person on the phone to answer any questions we had. no matter what question big or small, they were answered in a professional matter. the team was very polite and courteous. there was no delays or problems and as soon as anything came up, it was handled right a way.
Communication overall was mediocre. I understand it is a busy time for the housing market, but feel better preparedness by Veterans United would lead to a more pleasant experience. After the initial packet of paperwork, I was very quick in responding to requests and providing requested documents. At times it felt like Veterans United did not have a similar sense of urgency.
