Throughout the whole process I was well informed. With one major set back on closing day they were still able to pull through and get me to close on my house.
They were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Always easy to get through to speak with someone, never an automated process.

My overall experience was excellent. Very friendly and professional staff. The only issue I had was with final closing. The original closing time and date was cancelled and rescheduled 48 hrs later, which was a major inconvenience. Then the rescheduled closing was delayed by an additional 3 hrs. My recommendation would be more quality assurance/feedback within departments, title company, etc. to minimize possible delays. Also closing documents should be transmitted at least 24 hrs before scheduled closing.
