One area I was not vary in press by was I felt vary upsetting was the constant repeat of the same information they would ask for. Your given a list of things they need you provide it to them and then the calls start we need this an that. I just sent it a few days ago
You get that information and then they kept calling saying we need this and that and then you thing that's it and you get another call we need a up date of information that was just sent a few day before

The delayed closing was not expected. I understand Mr. Branda had good intentions and actually helped me improve my interest rate which will save me a lot of money in the long run. I understand that he was doing his best for me. The thing I explained to him is, I do not understand why it was changed at 5pm the day before we closed at 9am. No paperwork was completed due to offices being closed so my closing was delayed until the afternoon due to changes he made. Again, the changes he made improved my interest rate and saved me money so his intentions were good. I simply did not understand why after a month of planning to close and knowing the closing date and time for weeks, the changes were made last minute. I do not fully understand all the needed paperwork but one would think that planning something for a month it would be completed in a more timely manner so that if changes were required it would not cause delays to the planned closing day and time.
We appreciate the time and effort that Jeff and Erin placed in our loan process. They were always available either by email or phone, this alone made us feel secure. During the process we was offered other loan servicing companies ( Chase Bank , Local lenders ) but due to their diligence, professionalism and sense of the veteran needs we choose them each time- regardless of the offer made by other loan servicing companies. This has be a great experience.
