Veterans United did a great job of helping us buy our first home! We knew nothing heading into the process, but Veterans United answered all of our questions, no matter how many we asked. Our loan officer, Jeremy Arnold, was on our side. He walked us through all of the potential scenarios we could come up with. Veterans United was upfront with all of the costs easing all of our worries. We were told immediately that we were approved and the team reached out to help us the same day. The online portal made submitting all the necessary document quick and easy. We will definitely recommend Veterans United and will be using Veterans United for all of our future home purchases.
I felt heard. This was most important for myself. As a veteran sometimes we feel like a number and not a person when dealing with organizations. I've dealt with many lenders and agents only to be made felt like what I wanted wasn't priority. With Veterans United and the team they provided me, I didn't feel pushed into loan terms that I didn't understand. I didn't feel like I was choosing a home my agent wanted me to have and not what I was looking for. My team cared in every aspect of my homebuying process. For that I am blessed to have worked with them. I know it sounds cliche but I didn't buy a house I found my home.

Made it pretty seamless. We had some numbers transposed incorrectly but Mike sharpened his pencil and made me necessary corrections. The home buying process is never easy and is a big commitment, making buyers anxious and often times in question. They were quick to respond and explain out my concerns.
