A mortgage company that deals with veterans, you would think that they would know what information was needed. I had to send paperwork everyday, sometime getting paperwork from former banks for unknown reasons. the address was incorrect on the loan paperwork, when I told them about it, they said don't worry about it. This was the most stressful and worst time I have gone thru to buy a home. on the loan paperwork, you asked to go back 2 years for living address, then I was asked to provide proof for an address I lived at 5 years ago, you really need to decide how far back you want people to go. I really wish I would have never used VU and went with a local bank instead, never had as many problems as I did with VU when I went through local banks before.
