I don't recall better customer service from ANY service I've received over the years. Everything about the employee's focus on the customer was fantastic. I felt like I mattered through the entire process. I was frequently updated and the communication was such that I never felt like I was in the dark or out of the loop through any stage.

Everyone there in Elizabethtown were great. They made this the easiest closing I have ever done. This is my 5th. Extra kudos to Renee Young the branch manager. She got the whole thing going. She had me at hello. Awesome job by all.
