I felt throughout the process that transparency was an issue. Communication was lacking during the process and rather than realistic honest answers (which may not have been what I wanted to hear at the time) would have saved everyone involved much frustration.

The realtor said this is the first time they deal with Veterans United. And they where impressed. I was happy also, but did not like the realtor that was recommended to by Veterans United. They did not even work in the town I bought a house in. Did not respond to my e-mails. I had to get my own agent. And I heard from a friend that they got a check for using the recommended agent.
