Such wonderful people! Always so helpful and comforting through what can often be, a scary and overwhelming process! Any questions we had were always answered in a timely manner and we never felt like we "should" know the answer. I strongly recommend Ty Reese and Alyssa Schneiders! They took us through the process with no tears shed! It was a relatively short process compared to others I've been through. They did it all and kept us apprised of the status at each step along the way. If we ever do this again, they will be our first call!

My wife Kim and I had Beth work her magic on a home we bought in Elgin when we lived there. We are finally retiring and moving from Oahu Hawaii back to our home state of Texas. This is the 2nd time I have purchased a home using a VA lender. Zach is at the top of my list for loan offices as well as Veterans United. He set expectations from day one and stayed true to all that he promised. He put together a team that made it easy to always have a team member available to talk to when there was a need. The VU portal is also a big help in the buying process. I was able to quickly upload all documents and look for things I needed to complete on my end to close on the desired date. This experience was was refreshing and PEACEFUL comparatively speaking!!! Hats of the my entire home buying team.
