Codi was the everyday go to person in regard to our loan. You always knew where the loan stood as she would send an end of the week report. Codi is a true professional and a joy to work with. overall, helpful but when bumps come they need to be pushed to anything out of the norm to fix issues, even ones of their doing. The only reason I would still recommend VA is because of Sydney, her supervisor is worthless and if I had not gone to his supervisor, who was not aware there was an issue, we have lost our new home.
