The whole process was a nightmare.The constant nick picking for forms to be resent and not recognizing cash deposits.Also making me get a cash gift from my daughtereven though I had more than enough money in myaccount.

Overall, a okay experience. I feel that at times, there were lapses in communication between myself, the main loan processor and the designated loan processor. I had to submit paperwork numerous times due to this. I also had to ensure all parties kept to a strict time line and had to contact numerous people numerous times to have them do their job - not something that I feel was my responsibility.
Ashley is amazing- she is so accessible and very transparent and I have recommended her to everyone I know!
