Great experience with the team! Whenever i had questions (which was ALOT!!) there was always someone available to answer them. Usually right away but if i left a message i would get a call back pretty quickly. Veterans United made this process as quick and easy as possible and kept me informed with what was going on the whole way! Not to mention they have the closing documents and paperwork down to a science so we were in and out of closing within 25 minutes with a very small stack of papers. Overall 10/10 recommended! Thanks for all the help team:)
I am not only a Veteran but I also became a widow not too long ago so the idea of buying a home by myself was terrifying. My team at Veterans United made it so easy for me. Although it took a year for me to actually find my home Veteran's United was there with me for the ride. It's totally a "team" effort that supports you in every aspect of home buying. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Working with Mystle, Hope, and Mathew was wonderful. We bought without a real estate agent and everyone on the team was responsive and helpful when we had questions. They followed up with is regularly to keep the process moving along and we were able to close on time. We would highly recommend Veteran's United and will use then again in the future.
