Process was very straightforward and rapid for us. Seemed like less fees than other mortgage providers we shopped.
We would have liked more clarity with the loan breakdown. The closing review documents showed an old balance for our old loan and didn't show escrow included, as well as some other unclear numbers which we had to question.
