Too much repetitive request for income and debt paper work (such as loan information on a vehicle refinanced and with the lender was requested in part or whole 2 or 3 times), & in the middle of start up, get an email & paper ltr canceling loan.
My experience ran so smoothly and all my questions were answered.

Great experience. Good communication with processor. Most of transaction was done via email. Would like to have seen the loan officer freed up for phone conversations easier.
