My loan specialist made me feel as if he had more important things to do any time I had a question. His assistant was very helpful though.
I feel that Shannon and Andy were rude, and appears to be totally incompetent! It took two and a half months to close, that's 1month and 1 day after our first closing date! Had three closing dates, before we finally got to close! Again very rude!!!
