The process went smooth until I got to closing. They said I paid for s survey $250 but I have never received it.. and they did not have it at closing
Patty Kelly went out of her way at every stage of the loan.This was a very difficult loan because of past problems with the deed on my home. Everything turned out fine. and we closed on time.Thanks for an outstanding job
