We started our loan process with USAA. They make our loan process so difficult it caused my family tons of stress. My broker asked if we wanted to change companies to VU and they made the process smooth and easy. Best decision during the process.

Overall was a good experience especially with all of the hurdles we had to get over. If I could offer one suggestion it would be more phone communication rather than email, don't fire off emails as you walk out of the office for the day.
Brent has been great. When I called with questions he was available every time. Brent explained to me step by step of the process for buying my home, this was a great comfort to me knowing there where no surprises in the process.
