Although we had some issues towards the end of the loan process, which resulted in the closing being delayed, everyone at VUHL worked hard to get the approvals needed.
Todd made the whole process much easier than previous process. He stayed in contact, and communicated through out. This aspect of communication is key to stress levels being low and everyone is always on the same page.

Every time the process was "finished," additional requests came in, up until 2 hours prior to close. Representatives were hard to reach via telephone, & didn't return numerous phone calls throughout the process. Frustraiting & at times unprofessional
