Alex was great. We could trust him most importantly, but from a business stand point he was responsive and succinct in all of our correspondence.
There needs to be better communication between staff. Numerous times I submitted documents to one agent, only for another agent to ask for the same document two days later. Also, you need a better list of required paperwork. no more last minute stuff
