We didn't get our final closing documents for review until an hour before closing and was told that the approval had been pending on our response. How could we approve or appeal the numbers if we don't have the documents that we need sooner

Need to be better communication between loan team example ( I gave Andrew the funds to order the Appraisa and I week later I get a Borrower check list from Sarah Bourne requesting funds just was more small thinks like this.
