VU did an excellent job through out the entire process. Everyone was very responsive and supportive to our needs. We only had a couple minor glitches, but things like that are expected.Awesome and relatively easy process !!!

I think there needs to be better communication about the whole process. I had never bought a house before and was unfamiliar with the terminology and the whole process. I would have liked for someone to explain each step and what to expect.

each time something was changed during application process we received a new HUD estimate package..seems like a waste of paper and money..also package instructions were contradictory..
