Initial pre approved loan calculations were incorrect resulting in 6 months of time wasted.

It was a long but good process.
I would suggest a check list of each needed document and a check list of each step to be taken to complete the process smoothly, also GOOD contact number and the extension, plus fax numbers to required contacts, a list of roll-in cost of refinance.
I have nothing but praise for Shannon she put up with my endless questions and worries.I have never been more greatfull to anyone, helped me every step and helped explain every step I couldn't of done it without her support.god bless her.
