I had a great experience and found my loan officer a dream to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable and supported me until I found a loan. It was very helpful to add the closing costs into the loan as I did not have the cash on hand.
The online office was a good start. Being a time difference I asked Casey if he would transfer our file to grant for further completion.
My wife and I were so pleased with how smooth and quick the process went thank you so much it was a great experience we will not forget thank you again.

Everyone we dealt with knew their business. If they did not have an immediate answer (which was not often) they would get the required information and prompyly respond. Thus they achieved a very high level of communication and customer service.
