Lots of duplication in paperwork that had to be emailed. I spoke with several people throughout the process; it would have been nice to have only one individual. I received additional closing cost that were not disclosed until the day of closing.
My only complaint was that the home loan closing disclosure was sent to us the day before closing besides the required 3 days before. I would have liked to have had that extra time to ask questions instead of asking the notary.
David Llewellyn and Presley Ray are amazing, and very friendly. They really did a great job making buying my first home a lot less stressful. I can't thank them enough for their hard work and dedication.
