I just received a statement today owing a late fee for not paying my Jan payment on time. I was told not to make the payment due to loan closing soon (20 Jan).on the restreamlinlng of my loan. (Where is the communication??)
Recommend dealing with only one person not a mediator cause they have a communication problem.
