No reflection on Collin. Laura asked realtor for answers that should have been addressed by Us (Borrowers), which resulted in delays. Too much repetitive paperwork. 4 closing dates B-4 final closing.
It was a well rounded experience, they were excellent on answering guestions. They always returned calls in a timely manner.
