VU made my application process easy, especially with doing the majority of the process online.
My loan officer and local office people were 10, 10 and 10. The problems came when the non-local people waited until the last minute to verify information and say oh we need this resigned. The sadly it began a phone tag with leaving vague messages.
I was not able to get a VA loan because I bought a foreclosure and we could not get the addendum signed. However, they made sure I was able to get a loan with a down payment I could afford.

Veterans would greatly benefit from state reps to take advantage of state programs that varies state to state. I know that loans are competitive but is it adventagious for the loan officer or the veteran in any loan.
