Everything went very well. I was able to eliminate my credit card debt and lower my payment.
The only thing I would say is at times it felt like certain forms or require paperwork could have been Coordinated a bit better. Asking for all forms at once. That being said I understand there is allot needed. I think all and all everything went very smooth.

The real estate agent that the VA appointed me Laura Hamilton, I would NOT recommend to anyone. She send me an email with maybe 4 homes that were pretty much SLUMS. She emailed me maybe handful of times and twice were her apologizing for not getting back to me after I told her we were working with another realtor.
Shelia Cote from Valley Market Real Estate was the realtor we chose. She went above and beyond making sure that we had everything we asked for from the seller. I would recommend the VA uses her as an assigned realtor. She is extremely grateful for the sacrifices of our Veterans and understands the difficulty with communications when someone works in The Northern Territory of Alaska.

The only issue we have is that you should review your notary's that you send out to a customer more closely. She was an hour late without notice, and she was very disorganized. One final comment is that even from across the table she was in desperate need of a breath mint.

I'm overall pleased with the team. there is only one complaint, I wanted to get an energy upgrade with my loan, I was told I couldn't make any upgrades until I owned the home. that lead me to believe I had to wait until closing to start the process, by the time I found out that I was supposed to have had estimates prior to closing, the closing was scheduled for the next day, and I had to inquire about the energy upgrades to find out then. disappointed, about that.
Brandon Levy was also outstanding in making sure my ppwk was accurate and precise. Even though he got on my nerves sometimes, but I knew that without a little bit of tough love, I probably wouldn't be living in our new wonderful home filling out this survey. A great big thanks to Kristen K. Without her this would NOT be possible.
