The loan officer was very helpful but the communication from lender to borrower is lacking tremendously! Underwriter, absolutely ridiculous!!!

I had several other companies flat out ignore me. Veterans United really made me feel like they wanted to help me. I am forever grateful for all that they have done for me.
They work very fast to get the mortgage loan closed as quick as possible. They are also very friendly and thoughtful. They try to get to know you on a personal level. My husband is a principal and I am a teacher. They sent personalized gifts.
Not a very good experience
Conducting business with Veterans United Home Loans was a very satisfying and rewarding experience me. Everyone that I spoke with to include the Receptionist that answered the telephone was always very helpful and had a telephone smile as well.
My overall experience with VU was fantastic. If I could give a higher rating I would. The professionalism throughout the process was something everyone within VU should be proud of. I can't say enough good things about my experience.
