The only reason I won't give VU a 10 is because once we closed, we weren't told that we had closed...we had to call and find out

The VA inspection process delayed my closing, and then at closing I had to sign three separate packages because the people responsible for the package couldn't get the date correct on their own paperwork.
I don't understand why we were asked to repeatedly send the same papers several times. I feel like the office was "not on the ball" when it came to keeping track of what we sent. We sent one form 5 times in one day. Please help me understand why.
