All staff were completely courteous at all times. Helpfulness and continuity were hallmarks. I would certainly choose VU for another VA loan transaction, and I certainly recommend it to other vets.
Even though my loan officer had changed cue to a promotion, the process was seamless. Everything was explained so that I could understand. All my questions were answered. All of my phone calls were returned in a timely fashion.
