I would recommend that the contract be read and verified before 48 hours of closing.
Even with a small hiccup, like me losing my job and getting a new one in the middle of the process, they were still able to get the deal done

I talked to the person that called 1st. Eric. One time. I was turned over to a person to do my paperwork. Some items I had to send 3 times. I had to do two inspections because of time. I started in Feb. And finally finished in July.
