I felt that the timeliness of things getting accomplished like paperwork was poorly handled and having the customer jump through last minute hoops in an already stressful situation was a sign of poor time management and not ideal for 1st home buyer.
This was the most stressful, upsetting, demanding process I have ever experienced. This process doesn't make me want to ever use a VA loan again.
