It took an extremely long time to close. My loan officer quite the company in the middle of the loan process and no one notified me. Once I got a new loan processor the process was quick and flawless.
it seems the process could be more demanding up front. To many times AFTER the inspection period other things came up that should have shown up at the begging of the process. At times there seemed to be confusion on the part of all parties.
Working with Veterans United is the best way for veterans to find a home with the least stress. We have used VU on two occasions and both were outstanding experiences.
