Veterans Home Loans was a great company to go through for my VA loan.
The whole process lacked professionalism and it really made our first time home buyer process horrible. We almost decided to walk away and lose our escrow money just to find another lender.
There were a few times that had I not read every line of every document that it would have cost me quite a bit of money. The two times in particular was the adding of points and a higher interest rate than what I was quoted. Better communication!!

I did not recieve status' when VUHL had information to share. My closing was set back because I was told 2 business days prior to that I needed additional paperwork. I was also promised answers on certain days & those promises were not fulfilled.
Exceptional service! Very professional and knowledgeable. Much easier than working with my current bank. The closing date was pushed back for reasons out of their hands, but still closed 20 days sooner than USAA quoted!
