The refi experience was excellent! The few documents I needed to provide were easy to obtain and were reviewed within 24hrs. Any time I had a question, the team would get back to me with an answer very quickly. I feel like VU really cares about their customers. The best part, other than saving hundreds on our monthly payment, was that we were able to skip a months payment and set that money aside for the holidays!
