The experience was efficient and painless for a first time buyer.
There were mutplie times when communication was non-existent. Our closing date was only one day beyond our anticipated date, but on numerous occasions clarification was requested, only to have no answer or an excuse for a lack of communication.

The process was not organized; we were moved from Germany to the U.S. and requested a checklist of all paperwork required for the loan process. We were told there is no checklist and every loan is different. Process needs to be stream lined.
