When it came close to closing there were to many last minute items that the underwriter kept asking for. It made the process stressful.

I feel the whole approval process is broken. The various "levels" of approval is ludicrous, but not significantly different than any other home loan.

Initially the process was acceptable. After two different packages being sent to the address of the house sold, not receiving any information on the inconsistencies of the paperwork and not receiving the final loan paperwork, it was not good.
