Rob Dycus and Brian are the best. They both are great communicators and keep you in the know ever step of the way. If they say they are going to do something, they do it with a sense of urgency. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!!! Top Notch!!

My experience with VU was good. The process was pretty smooth and my loan officer, Todd Kangas and his loan coordinator, Kim Duncan were very helpful.
Veteran's United made this the smoothest possible experience for me. Not only were they extremely professional, responsive, and efficient.... They were actually ready to close nearly 2 weeks ahead of schedule!!
Communication wasn't the greatest hard to get ahold of them when you did it was good but seemed like they left emails a lot not calling and was always like a Friday when if would've been earlier could've helped had my info for over 6 weeks
