Things moved quickly at first then slowed down. VU was looking out for me but they wanted the inspection done and issues fixed before a VA appraisal was ordered. This was the longest part of the process. Over all it went quickly easily.
The experience was smooth.
I would give this a 10. However, my closing date was postponed a week due to proof of re-enlistment being needed. I advised in advance that I would re-enlist and wasn't asked for proof until the last minute. I was unable to move my time off work.

Very lengthy process. One of our loan officers not Tony would never ever answer the phone or call you back. He did everything via email and sometimes you just want to talk with a person.
