Ginny Young is the best She even provided me her personal cell so I could stay in touch throughout the process. Her assistant Kim Duncan make them the perfect dynamic duo!
I recommend VU because everyone was so courteous and helpful. However, I would say that the team I worked with seemed overwhelmed at times and I had to resend documents multiple times. I was also surprised with additional documents several times.

Our Loan officer did not make me feel that he was confident in what he was doing. I felt he was depending on someone else letting him know exactly what he should be doing. Some things were requested more than once; the Processor did not follow thru

Danny was fantastic from the first conversation. He seemed to go out of his way to make this process smooth and as fast as possible. My wife and I were on a hard time constraint and had chosen a Fanny Mae house. He did that sort of deal in time.
