Aaron and Alberto were very professional and very helpful.
The origination process was quick and painless. The transition from origination to processing to underwriting not so much. The instructions for returning the disclosures were confusing and the follow-up was poor. This resulted in delayed processing.

The loan process was duplicated asking for same infomation, information on owened property , given at bedinning of process was asked for befor close. I reccomend you have a check list so the information is gotton at the beginning
