Amazing people, amazing experience.
We feel as though we were put on the back burner due to the size of our loan. Our loan officer had insinuated that to our agent. It took over 60 days to get to closing. Very disappointing experience.
Simple and Fast
It was a good experience. The process was not complicated and was quik from start to finish. I thought it would take longer than it did. The loan officer answered all our question and always returned are calls. He let us know what the steps were .

being a new widow I didn't know how to go about getting a loan. I saw that I could ask for a loan through the VA but didn't know if I would qualify. To my pleasant surprise I qualified.I'm very thankful for every thing this company did for me.

I do not believe that the process really should end this way. A single house key was left for me under the front door mat. My whole experience with Veterans United as been less than professional. From the circus with Brad & financing, a nightmare!
