Katy reeder went above and beyond. Without her courteous persistence I would have gone elsewhere. Some other departments were below reasonable in their pursuit of process completion and almost sunk the ship Katy built.
It had a lot of twists and turns. They never commit not even towards the end . Theres always just 1 more thing. But they hung in there with me though. Putting up with me. But it took a long time to complete.
Brendan Wilson was great to work with. He helped us out and made the home buying experience a very nice one.
