I just want to say thank you to this team for helping me achieve my dream that I honestly thought I may never see due to losing everything to an injury from my service to our great country. This team did an amazing job with communicating and helping me to understand a process that has deeply impacted me and my family in a life changing experience. Coming from a 100% permanent and total disabled veteran that deals with constant pain, depression and anxiety I can honestly say they are a breath of fresh air and great people. All of my brothers and sisters in service I can attest to you that they will do their best for you and are very professional with excellent service. Circling back to my dream of becoming a homeowner it was actually my dream that I had noted around four years ago when I had became involved with the HUD-VASH program. This program is designed to help homeless veterans get housing and that is exactly what I was experiencing then, homelessness. So to all of my brothers and sisters, especially the ones that are struggling I want you to know that I love you and you got this. Never give up.
Tay Carson made the entire process smooth and fairly effortless. Answered all the questions my wife and I had also he and his team sent us surprise gifts along the way that were greatly appreciated. Overall great experience, have nothing to complain about. Would recommend and will use again in the future.
