Very simple and easy to understand. There was no pressure in buying. They really just wanted to educate the Veterans of Hawaii in home buying. Even though it takes 45 days too close on a home. They were there every step of the way.

the only negative was the amount of time to get the appraisal ordered. The fee was paid on a Friday and not ordered until late the following week. This resulted in a closing delay. The staff did go above and beyond to minimize the delay.
