I started with another VA (well known}loan Co. they were very rude from the get go so I contacted Veterans United Home Loan Co. they were great from the get go, not judging as the first Co. and not rude to me either, very helpful from the start
These gentlemen were very knowledgeable.And easy to comprehend.
I just want to thank Marie Houchen and Terri Behrens for their outstanding performance on helping me get into my new home. They were very professional and yet easy to get along with. They made me feel comfortable and trust worthy of Veterans United.

This is the first home that I have bought so I don't have anything to compare it to, but It was very easy to talk to them and get answers if I had any questions.
Although there were some "hiccups" during the process with miscommunications and inaccurate information entered on the original loan contract, the process did move forward at an acceptable pace and the rate was the best I found.
