It took 3 months and 5 missed closing dates. We should have closed before the end of the year. I could have filed for tax breaks. The fist closing date was in Oct. 2014 we closed on Jan. 2015

First off, origination fees were too steep! Time between documents being submitted and approved were lengthy. And the ability on your part to obtain necessary documents was frustrating. Underwriters seemed a bit too selective!
Both Todd and Ben were very efficient and saved me from losing the house we were attempting to purchase due to another lenders failure. Their continued communication was key to the success of closing the loan.
