Overall company is a good company to work with however some improvements can be made to the final stages of the process when preparing to close on a home.
Didn't get a response on a question I had on the escrow account
Sam Sexaur and Samantha Jacobson were amazing to work with. They made ever step a walk in the park. They also responded very fast when we had questions. Excellent Customer service. Definately a 10!
Closing process was a little over whelming
Clay Rose was outstanding! however the underwriter asked for a lot of detailed stuff and needed stuff explained to them worse then a two year old. But I understand this is how things go.
Even though my name is correct in your billing system, it was wrong in the re-fi paperwork, using an E for my middle initial. Even after requesting correction, the final paperwork still required me to cross out the E, correct and initial EVERY page.
The Loan Calculator on the Veteran's United website was a little off. Fortunately the Agent was able to punch in the numbers on the spot and give me an accurate estimate. Overall great experience with Veteran's United though!

Some of the people involved in the process were always difficult to get in contact with. Never answered calls and took forever to respond to emails. Also, mixed up information about who I was/who they were dealing with. Complete lack of attention.
Veteran's Home loans was quick, and easy.
