As first time home buyers, Austin was a fantastic resource for the myriad of questions I had throughout the process and was always available. Over a weekend where we were planning on viewing several properties but did not anticipate making any offers, Austin worked late on a Friday night to get us our pre-approval letter just in case we wanted to make an offer over the weekend (and sure enough, we did!). At closing, Austin was present to answer any last minute questions and even brought a house warming gift and card, a personal touch not expected but greatly appreciated. As a USMC Veterans, I have been trying to purchase a home for a long time. No matter what I tried it seemed like there were too many doors getting closed on us. Veterans United has been totally the opposite of those other Veterans friendly groups. They guided me and gave me all the information I needed to qualify for a new home. From day one I was treated like a family member and was give the upmost attention. From the time I was introduced to a local realtor to the day we were given the keys, my family and I were taken care of.
